Donald R. Ayers, Jr., ChFC®, CLU®, MA, MSM, MSFS
Founder and CEO
I am a Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant, and the Founder and CEO of Innovative Wealth Partners, LLC. I also possess a Master's of Art (MA), a Master's of Science in Management, and a Master's of Science in Financial Services (MSFS). Professionally, I have passed the FINRA exams; Series 6 - Mutual Funds and Annuities, Series 7 - Full-Line Broker, Series 63 & 65 - Investment Advisor, Series 24 - Supervisor, and Series 26 - Limited Principal.
I began my career as a highly successful high school teacher and football coach. I entered the financial services industry in 1988 at Prudential where I earned the Rookie of the Year award. I went on to grow several Prudential offices across the Tri-state area. In 1995, I began the next chapter of my career at Minnesota Mutual where I continued my success by turning my agency into the fastest growing agency in the Minnesota system. Always looking for the ideal company to meet my clients' needs, I moved on from Minnesota Mutual in 1999 to International Planning Alliance for its resources and advanced planning expertise. In 2013, I decided to branch out of International Planning Alliance and founded my own company, Innovative Wealth Partners. By doing so, I am able to expand my resources to ensure that my clients are receiving the optimal service they deserve.
My wife, Christa, and I have four children; Tim, Brian, Daniel, and Lauren, and currently reside in Wall Township, New Jersey. In my spare time, I volunteer as a Board Member of the Family Support Center of NJ and coach in the Wall Township Little League for baseball, soccer, and basketball. I am also a part of the Planned Giving Committee at Kimball Medical Center, am the Treasurer and an Elder at The Church In Brielle and am a leader of the Stephen Ministries which teaches congregation members to council and care for people who are hurting. Additionally, I am the founder of the Friends of Coach Kubu Golf Outing and Reunion commitee which benefits the Long Blue Line Scholarship fund.
